Losing that little extra

I'm an University student in Canada, legally an adult. I'm trying to lose weight to gain self confidence and self esteem. I have been hurt by one too many guys and it's taken a toll on how I view myself, so I'm becoming confident. It's not for them, it's for me, and the satisfaction that they missed out on using me and moving on. I post pictures for motivation of what I can become, and have food tips on another page. I don't have an eating disorder, I just count calories and work out. I'd say I'm "half healthy".
